PowerMedia Gallery Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PowerMedia handles personal information in connection with external galleries, downloads, purchases, and related communications.

1. Who we are

PowerMedia is a trading name of Harry Power.

For data protection purposes, the controller of personal information processed by PowerMedia in connection with its galleries and related orders is Harry Power (trading as PowerMedia).

Contact email: info@powerrmediaa.com

2. How the gallery works

PowerMedia uses a third-party gallery platform, including Pixieset, to host galleries and, where enabled, to provide features such as favourites, downloads, order handling, or related gallery functions.

That means some information may be collected or processed directly by Pixieset and its connected providers under their own policies in addition to this one.

3. Information we may process

Depending on how you use the gallery, PowerMedia may process:

- your name;

- your email address;

- order or purchase details;

- gallery activity relevant to an order or support request;

- communication records if you contact us about a gallery, image, permission, or order;

- fulfilment or delivery details where relevant; and

- limited technical or account-related information made available through the gallery platform.

PowerMedia does not store your full payment card details. Payments, where enabled, are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider used by the gallery platform.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

- provide access to downloads or gallery-related services;

- manage and fulfil gallery-related enquiries, orders, or support;

- send gallery-related communications;

- maintain records of licences, permissions, and delivery;

- prevent misuse or unauthorised use; and

- meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-handling obligations.

5. Lawful bases

Our main lawful bases are:

- taking steps at your request before a contract;

- performing a contract where a purchase, order, or agreed delivery takes place;

- legitimate interests, including business administration, support, misuse prevention, and rights management; and

- consent, where a gallery platform requests it for optional analytics or non-essential technologies.

6. Sharing information

We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

- Pixieset and related gallery-service providers;

- payment providers used through the gallery platform;

- hosting, delivery, or email service providers;

- professional advisers; and

- public authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal information.

7. International transfers

Gallery and platform providers may process information outside the UK.

Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant provider and use services that are generally suitable for ordinary website and gallery operations.

8. Retention

Gallery communication records are typically kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact where no purchase or ongoing issue remains.

Order, licensing, delivery, and related financial records may be kept for up to 7 years where reasonably needed for business administration, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-handling purposes.

Individual galleries or image availability periods may vary and are not guaranteed indefinitely unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Children’s information

PowerMedia’s work may involve drivers, riders, or participants under 18.

Where a gallery involves a child’s information or identifiable image in a booking or support context, we aim to handle related personal information appropriately and, where relevant, through a parent, guardian, team, organiser, or other responsible adult contact.

10. Security

PowerMedia uses reasonable measures appropriate to a small business operation. However, gallery hosting and related technical security also depend on the third-party platform and connected providers in use.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to:

- request access to your personal information;

- request correction;

- request erasure in some circumstances;

- request restriction of processing in some circumstances;

- object to certain processing;

- withdraw consent where consent is used; and

- complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

To make a request, contact:

info@powerrmediaa.com

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If you are in the EEA, you may also have the right to contact your local supervisory authority.

12. Third-party policies

Because the gallery is operated through Pixieset or related services, their own privacy notice, cookie policy, and checkout terms may also apply when you use the gallery.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the relevant page or otherwise made available through the gallery context.
