For data protection purposes, the controller of personal information processed by PowerMedia in connection with its galleries and related orders is Harry Power (trading as PowerMedia).

2. How the gallery works
PowerMedia uses a third-party gallery platform, including Pixieset, to host galleries and, where enabled, to provide features such as favourites, downloads, order handling, or related gallery functions.
That means some information may be collected or processed directly by Pixieset and its connected providers under their own policies in addition to this one.
3. Information we may process
Depending on how you use the gallery, PowerMedia may process:
- your name;
- your email address;
- order or purchase details;
- gallery activity relevant to an order or support request;
